* What are your shipping costs? The Paper Clique offers free ground shipping on merchandise orders over $100. If your merchandise total is over $100 please select Ground to receive the free shipping offer. The shipping costs are calculated as follows:

* Do you provide proofs? Yes, we provide proofs that contain your text printed on your "actual invitation" so that you can see your text and typestyle positioned on your chosen invitation. Most invitation stores send only a proof of your text and typestyle leaving you to imagine how it would look on your invitation or how it will be positioned. We want you to be completely satisfied and know exactly how your completed invitation will appear.

What are your turnaround times? For custom printing, you will receive your proof via e-mail in 3 - 4 business days. Once your proof approval is received your order will ship within 1 - 2 business days. On blank stock orders, items will be shipped in 3 - 4 business days. If your selected items are in stock your proof and/or merchandise will be processed sooner. Digital photocards and custom stamps are personalized and drop shipped from the vendor. All turnaround times may increase slightly during the holiday season.

What is your return policy? Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Returns will be accepted within 7 days of receipt. Shipping fees will be at the customer's expense. Items must be in their original packaging and in resaleable condition. Custom printed invitations and stationery cannot be returned. Shipping fees will not be refunded at any time.

What if I missed an error on my proof and I need to have my order reprinted? It is very important to carefully check your proof for spelling and accuracy or other important information in your text. If an error was missed, we will reprint your order at a 25% discount on the invitation and a 50% discount on the printing. There may be a delay if we have to reorder your selected invitation. Shipping costs will still apply.

What if I need to cancel my order? If a proof has not yet been generated, we can refund your full purchase price. If a proof has been generated, a $5.00 proof fee will be deducted from your refund. If your items have already been printed, we can only refund your shipping costs.
